An American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and International Federation of Body Building (IFBB) professional physique competitor with a passion for helping others individuals achieve their goals. He has placed 1st at the Jay Cutler Desert Classic (National Qualifier) and 2nd place at the NPC USA National show to receive his pro card.

Powerlifting

What You Can Expect:

Clients can expect a monthly, 8-week or 16-week program tailored to their personal goals within the sport of power lifting. This program will prepare you for your power lifting meet. A weekly check-in as well as 24/7 contact via email or text will be available for both program

An accomplished powerlifter who found a love for the sport several years back and has since been hooked on helping others find their own strength at both the entry and intermediate level. he has three 1st place finishes in state competitions, a 3rd place finish at North West Regional’s and an additional two top 3 finishes.
